Vican full series indoor COB ultra fine pitch LED displays include five mainstream models: P0.78, P0.9375, P1.25, P1.5625 and P1.875. Different from traditional SMD LED screens, the entire product lineup adopts advanced full flip-chip COB integrated sealing packaging technology, completely eliminating exposed lamp beads and welding points, and solving common industry problems such as dead pixels, lamp falling, virtual soldering and dust accumulation.
All series are equipped with unified 16:9 golden ratio die-cast aluminum cabinets, supporting seamless large-area splicing without picture distortion. With nano-level optical fog surface treatment, 4H high hardness wear-resistant surface and 10-fold comprehensive protection performance, the displays feature stable operation, low failure rate and long service life. Universal Core Advantages of Full COB Series

1. Full Flip-chip COB 10-protection Technology, More Stable Performance

The entire Vican COB fine pitch series adopts cutting-edge full flip-chip COB integrated sealing structure. LED chips are directly bonded and fully sealed on the PCB substrate with integrated lens coverage, realizing ten core protections including waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-collision, anti-static, anti-oxidation, anti-salt spray, anti-vibration, anti-scratch and anti-blue light. The matte fog surface is washable and wear-resistant, with no halo, color shift or light leakage. It supports 7×24-hour long-term uninterrupted heavy-duty operation, with far higher stability and environmental adaptability than traditional SMD screens.

All series are equipped with 3840Hz ultra-high refresh rate and 16Bit high-precision grayscale processing, achieving smooth dark color transition and rich picture layering. No stroboscopic flicker or scanning black lines during mobile phone and professional camera shooting, meeting broadcast-level live broadcast and high-standard monitoring display requirements. The nano-level optical processing eliminates particle sense and jagged textures, presenting delicate, uniform and ultra-clear picture details even at close viewing distance.

The full series adopts a unified 16:9 golden ratio die-cast aluminum cabinet (600*337.5mm / 600*675mm), which is highly compatible with mainstream ultra HD video signal sources and display control systems. The cabinet flatness is controlled within ≤0.1mm, realizing almost seamless splicing and integrated overall visual effect. The standardized cabinet design simplifies on-site installation and construction, shortens project cycle, and supports arbitrary combined splicing of different specifications to meet various wall size requirements.

4. Full Front Maintenance, Low Operation and Maintenance Cost

All COB series models support full front maintenance design, requiring no reserved rear operation space. It is suitable for embedded, wall-mounted, hoisting and floor-standing installation in various narrow indoor spaces. Daily module replacement, circuit inspection and equipment debugging can be completed by a single operator from the front, which greatly reduces later maintenance difficulty, labor cost and equipment downtime. The lightweight die-cast aluminum cabinet features high rigidity and deformation resistance, effectively reducing installation load.

5. 175° Ultra-wide Viewing Angle, Consistent Color Presentation

Customized high-precision optical diffusion lens is adopted for the full series, achieving 175° ultra-wide viewing angle in both horizontal and vertical directions. It completely solves the problems of edge darkening and color deviation of traditional displays. The full-screen brightness uniformity is ≥98%, and the chromaticity deviation is controlled within 0.003Cx/Cy. The whole screen presents uniform and natural colors without color difference or color blocks, supporting 16.7M true color high-restoration display.
